For which tasks (responsibilities)?

•  Advising on commercial contracts, negotiations, and related legal matters;

• Structuring various M&A transactions, including drafting SPA, SHA, LOI, etc.;

• Managing banking relationships, including the opening, maintenance, and compliance of bank accounts;

• Handling diverse legal projects and providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s business operations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of professional experience in M&A, private investments, non-standard transactions, and related areas;

• Experience in communications with banks, platforms, media, and PR departments;

• Proven experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance;

• Ability to manage complex negotiations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders;

• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts;

• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;

• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;

• Law degree from a reputable institution; an international LL.M degree is a plus;

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English;

• Advanced English proficiency (C1), which will be assessed during the interview.
