Now we're looking for an energetic and proactive Senior Game Designer with experience creating game features, who will support and develop the growth of the Clockmaker project.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Managing the mechanics and game content development in accordance with the general concept of the game
Being responsible for results
Development and improvement of the project's metagame based on statistics gathered and analysis thereof
Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization
Calculating balance sheet and analyzing game statistics
Creating and controlling the GDD
Close interaction with the project team
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience working on match-3 projects or games for casual players
Experience as a game designer for 2+ years
Good understanding of the game market in the casual games and online casino segment
Portfolio of launched projects and experience working on them as a game designer
Experience creating and maintaining game documentation: concept documents, game design documents
Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on data received
Ability to clearly set goals and focus on results of work
Proactive and energetic

Knowledge of English at an intermediate level and above

The selection process
The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our recruiter, a test assignment, and a technical interview.
