We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the development team of a global payment ecosystem for the gamedev industry.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Configuring and maintaining the payment system (operations support);

  • Informing partners about issues, outages, and scheduled maintenance;

  • Monitoring and responding to incidents;

  • Onboarding new partners, including both merchant clients and payment solution providers;

  • Communicating with system administrators, developers, and product managers;

  • Assisting with reconciliations and analyzing discrepancies.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce;

  • Proficiency in SQL;

  • Experience in payment services or major digital service merchants;

  • Understanding of bank card payments and other payment methods;

  • English level Intermediate or higher.
