We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the development team of a global payment ecosystem for the gamedev industry.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Configuring and maintaining the payment system (operations support);
Informing partners about issues, outages, and scheduled maintenance;
Monitoring and responding to incidents;
Onboarding new partners, including both merchant clients and payment solution providers;
Communicating with system administrators, developers, and product managers;
Assisting with reconciliations and analyzing discrepancies.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in e-commerce;
Proficiency in SQL;
Experience in payment services or major digital service merchants;
Understanding of bank card payments and other payment methods;
English level Intermediate or higher.
