Responsibilities:

Developing and updating guides, manuals, and API documentation.
Collaborating with development, marketing, customer support, and QA teams.
Optimizing and structuring content.
Analyzing the needs of the target audience.
Working with documentation management tools (Git, Confluence, Markdown, etc.).
Testing and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 1 year of experience as a technical writer.

Proficiency in Russian.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
Experience working with Confluence, Wiki, Notion.
Knowledge of Markdown, HTML, XML.
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp.
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
Basic knowledge of IT products, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
